Our Yogini Udyogika Mahila Bachat Gat started on 15th April 2025. We are a group of 15 women who meet regularly during yoga classes and decide together which activities to take up.
Out of the group, 5 women have started their own shops. I run a homemade masala business. All my masalas are handmade, free from artificial color and adulteration, and include various types of whole and blended spices.

Mrs. Ashwini Tanksale, an MBA by qualification and an entrepreneur at heart, envisioned a healthier and sustainable way of snacking. She founded Swatik Mahila Udyojika Bachat Gat, bringing together 11 determined women to turn this dream into reality.
Their initiative evolved into MilliGrain, a brand rooted in purity, tradition, and women’s empowerment. The group specializes in making wholesome millet cookies, especially designed for diabetic individuals, using jaggery, cow ghee, and no maida or refined sugar.

Sayali Sanjay Chavan, a proud member of Maitri Mahila Bachat Gat, has mastered the delicate art of macramé. With creativity and patience, she handcrafts a range of beautiful products—lanterns, Ganpati idols, flower vases, decorative torans, pen holders, and keychains.

What started as a hobby has now become a source of income and confidence for Sayali. Through her work, she not only preserves traditional crafts but also supports her family and inspires other women to follow their passion.

Together, we aimed to create a platform for entrepreneurship and self-reliance. My daughter and I began by preparing homemade Puran Poli and Diwali Faral. During the lockdown, she also started making long-lasting, washable woolen yarn products. Through this journey, we have turned our skills and passion into a growing venture.pads. माऊली स्वीट्स अँड स्नॅक्स : संघर्षातून उभारलेलं यश
फक्त हिंमत, चिकाटी आणि एक स्वप्न घेऊन उषा भंडारी यांनी ‘माऊली स्वीट्स अँड स्नॅक्स’ सुरू केलं. शिक्षण कमी, पैसा नव्हता, पण मुलांना चांगलं आयुष्य द्यायचं होतं—हीच प्रेरणा होती. कठीण परिस्थितीतून उषाताईंनी व्यवसाय उभा केला आणि मुलांना चांगलं शिक्षण दिलं.
आज त्या फक्त स्वतःच नाही, तर १० स्त्रियांनाही रोजगार देत आहेत. अदानी समूहाच्या 'स्वतेज मार्ट' योजनेमुळे त्यांचा व्यवसाय वाढला आणि त्यांनी स्वतःसह इतर महिलांना सक्षम केलं.
माऊली स्वीट्स अँड स्नॅक्स हा आता केवळ व्यवसाय नसून, तो संघर्ष, आशा आणि सशक्ततेचं प्रतीक बनला आहे.

Chairperson of Shakti Bachat Gat, produces healthy food products like Multigrain Flour, Instant Paratha Premix, Dosa Mix, Ladoo Premix, and Diabetic Flour. She joined Swabhiman Group six months ago and has showcased her products at Adani Foundation stalls and the Swateja Mart weekly market, receiving excellent customer response. She expresses her gratitude to Adani Group and Swabhiman Group for supporting local entrepreneurs.

SHG : Shree Mahalaxmi Bachat Gat

Location : Mira Road

We started Shree Mahalaxmi Bachat Gat in 2023 and have now successfully completed 1 year. Our group of women from Mira Road specializes in making handmade imitation jewellery. All members of our Bachat Gat work together to create various designs of imitation jewellery.

Now, we have joined Swateja Mart, which is helping us reach more customers and promote our handmade products to a wider audience. We are grateful for this support in empowering women entrepreneurs.

I come from a joint family and balanced many responsibilities while working with a food delivery brand. After joining the Swabhimaan Training Program, I learned jewellery making, which transformed my life. Today, through White Beam Bachat Gat, I proudly sell my handmade jewellery and support other women entrepreneurs.
